Moreover, one of them will be closer to us than the moon.
According to the Center for Near-Earth Objects Research at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, today, at about nine o'clock in the morning Moscow time, the asteroid 2015 HM10, whose diameter exceeds 110 meters, flew over the Earth.
Following him, as reported by experts, two more asteroids will approach our planet: 2019 OD will fly over the Earth at a dizzying speed of 69 thousand kilometers per hour at about 16:31 (Moscow time), and 2019 OE - at 17:36 (Moscow time) …
Asteroid 2019 OD, belonging to the Apollo group, was added to the base of near-Earth objects on July 5. It will approach us at a distance of 353,050 kilometers, while the distance from the Earth to its satellite is about 385 thousand kilometers. The 2019 OD exceeds 120 meters. In any case, do not worry: NASA did not rank this asteroid as dangerous, since its chances of colliding with the Earth are too negligible.

In turn, 2019 OE will be the smallest, slowest and most distant: it will pass at a distance of 962 thousand kilometers from the Earth, its speed will be about 32 thousand kilometers per hour.
According to NASA, on average, researchers discover about 30 new near-Earth asteroids per week. Meanwhile, European astronomers are keeping a close eye on asteroid 2006 QV89, which will approach Earth again in early September.
