German designers showed an electric car with an autonomous control function: the details of the car were printed on a 3D printer.
The German company BigRep has unveiled a small car concept that includes 14 3D printed parts. The project was named Loci.
The car is equipped with an electric power plant, but the developers did not provide any information about it, as well as about the autonomous control system.
It is known, however, that the car will be able to offer many convenient features: for example, wireless charging for a smartphone and a media center with a touch screen.
Loci was shown in three versions. The first is a one-seater car that can be used, for example, to travel around the university campus. The “big city” version has two passenger seats. Finally, the third option can be used to get around the airport.
